This constitution was adopted in Oct 2013.

Instead of Microsoft Word, you may wish to use OpenOffice Writer or LibreOffice Writer, either of which can be downloaded for free.
Our membership year begins in May and ends in April. Normal one year
subscription fees are Ordinary ($55 discounted to $50 for prompt payment).
